About Me:

A graduate of FSCJ with an Associate in Science in Computer Information Technology, I am actively seeking to launch my career as an entry-level Cybersecurity Analyst. I have built a robust technical base, solidified by earning the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate and gaining hands-on experience with core security tools like SIEM and Wireshark. A highlight of my practical experience was an internship at FSCJ, where I engineered and deployed a complex private classroom network. This project equipped me with vital skills in network infrastructure design, Linux administration (including secure remote access via SSH and access control policies), and systematic troubleshooting, which are foundational competencies for working in security. This experience also gave me a better understanding of the complexities of a real-world challenge.

While I possess technical skills, my greatest asset is my unwavering discipline and procedural adherence. My time in the Army National Guard instilled in me invaluable discipline, teamwork, problem-solving skills and a resilient work ethic, all essential for handling sensitive security tasks. My professional journey further refined these qualities through roles like Junior Home Inspector (systematic risk identification and reporting) and 5S Assistant Manager at Discount Tire (process standardization and operational efficiency). I am eager to apply this analytical rigor and resilient work ethic to protecting systems and data.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find enjoyment in active hobbies like hiking, motorbiking, and participating in Spartan races, which speak to my resilience and determination. I also appreciate the creative and strategic aspects of video and board games, and love exploring new places through travel, especially after an unforgettable honeymoon in Japan. These interests, alongside a strong dedication to my family and friends, define who I am.
